Hi, I'm Han Na and you can refer to me as Hanna! I am here to help people navigate different transitions in life and find meaning through the journey.

Do you ever find yourself wondering, "am I the only person who feels this way?" I guide people as they navigate life challenges, whether relationship issues or work/life balance. My approach to therapy is collaborative and strength-based. I provide trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care by providing a safe space. I work with people from diverse backgrounds. I also work with immigrants (of all generations) and international students. I pay close attention to internal processes and external factors such as power structures and systems. I help individuals to make sense of their journey by unfolding the roots of their concerns and where they may stem from. This does not mean that we will only dwell in the past. I help people to connect the past with the present to bring positive changes to the future. In our therapeutic work, I utilize evidence-based skills and strategies to help you (such as psychodynamic, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness) As a counselor, I am inspired by your story and am committed to empowering your own voice to help you become the best version of yourself.
