“The wound is the place where the light enters you.” – Rumi

Do you feel trapped or burdened by thoughts, emotions, past experiences or troubling behaviors that you can’t seem to control? Are you working on problems that seem impossible to solve? Helplessness, confusion and hopeless are some of the most uncomfortable feelings in life.

I offer a space in which clients can share their stories without fear of judgment. This safety is crucial in the path to healing, change and personal growth. Although many hardships we will be working through are painful, I believe they can also be seen as opportunities to achieve higher levels of joy, fulfillment, and peace in life.

I specialize in anxiety/panic, self-harm behaviors, suicidal thoughts, depression, traumatic experiences, grief/loss, stress management and issues that result from big life transitions. I work with individuals, as well as couples/families. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am also specially trained to help you work on improving your relationships.
