Choose a Therapist

Every therapist is unique. We want you to find someone you think you can connect with. We encourage you to read a few bios from our diverse group of therapists and jot a few names down.

Reach out to Them Directly

Scheduling your first appointment can feel scary. So we’ve tried to make the process as easy as possible. After you’ve decided on a therapist, reach out to them directly and they will follow up with next steps.


What to Expect

Paperwork and Waiting

Your therapist will provide you with paperwork to complete either before coming to your initial session or as you wait. Our waiting rooms are quiet, private, and warm. Have a seat and your therapist will come find you when the time comes.

First Session

On your first visit, you and your therapist will create a space to get to know each other in a safe environment. This helps the therapist understand your needs and desires for therapy. Together, you can talk about next steps.
