We are in-network with:
Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Blue Choice plans)
Some PBA and Group Administrators plans
United Healthcare
Lawndale Christian Health Care HMO.
We can also submit out-of-network claims for other insurance companies, but we recommend clients first call to verify their plan’s out-of-network benefits.
Agave Studio does not currently accept Medicaid.
Rates
Hourly rates vary from $150 to $210 based on licensure of therapist, contracted rate with insurance companies, and services provided. Hourly testing rates vary significantly depending on the time and materials needed for testing.
