KATHARINA LIPPERT
Doctoral, Extern
I approach therapy holistically, integrating mind, body, and spirit to support your unique path toward growth and healing. To me, the client-therapist relationship is a fundamental aspect of the therapeutic process. I strive to continuously create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore your inner world in a safe and nonjudgmental space.
I offer sessions in both English and German. As a German-American, I understand the complexities of navigating multiple identities and the importance of tailoring treatment to align with your ideologies, identities, values, and experiences. Each client is unique in their challenges, systems, and lived experiences, which is why I find it important to collaborate with you in finding interventions best suited to your needs.
My work is grounded in a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches. I also draw from existential therapy to support clients in exploring meaning, identity, and life transitions. In addition to traditional modalities, I am certified as a Reiki Master and offer energetic healing to support the body’s natural healing process.
I welcome individuals from a broad range of identities, including race, age, gender identity, socioeconomic status, spirituality, and cultural background. I primarily work with adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, life transitions, and ADHD.
My goal is to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can reconnect with your true self and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
