MIRANDA STEFFENS
MA, Clinical Psychotherapist
I’m so glad you’re here. I work with individuals, couples, and diverse relationship structures, offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I specialize in helping people deepen self-understanding, heal wounded parts of themselves, and cultivate greater balance and connection in their relationships. I believe healing involves nurturing mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll explore your unique story, uncover patterns, and develop tools that support lasting growth and transformation.
My approach is integrative, blending mindfulness, somatic awareness, and creativity. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), psychodynamic theory, and therapeutic writing. I am trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and committed to cultural humility—a lifelong practice of reflection and learning. I proudly support diverse identities, including gender diversity, sexual and relationship orientations (polyamorous/CNM), and neurodiversity.
If you’re seeking therapy in a warm, inclusive environment where you feel truly seen and respected, I’d love to connect. Thank you for considering me as part of your healing journey. I look forward to walking alongside you in your next steps.
