If you're feeling overwhelmed, sad, confused or angry and seeking more steadiness within yourself and your relationships, you don't have to navigate it alone.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist with specialized training in trauma-informed care, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your past experiences, better understand your patterns, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach is person-centered, holistic, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ people, women, teens, and adolescents wanting to process emotions, relationships, varying roles and identities, and life transitions.

For adolescents and teens, I use art making, movement, and talk therapy to help with expressing their emotions, making sense of who they are as individuals, and navigating their social relationships through middle school and high school.

With women and LGBTQ+ clients, I use talk therapy and somatic (body/movement, breathwork, becoming aware of emotions stored in body) to help process trauma, family history, and relationship or identity changes including marriage / divorce, aging, grief, and parenthood.

Together, we can create space for greater self-understanding, healing, and growth—at a pace that feels right for you.
